This Quaker Meeting Feeds the Homeless The Fourth Sunday evening, every other month. (January, March, May, July, September, November, January)
If you can help out during the month we serve, do the following:
l. Call Holly Anderson -771-9488 or Susan Atlee 544-6298
2. Volunteer to do one or more of the following:
a. Hot dish for 20 (your choice)
b. Salad for 20 ( indicate type- tossed,jello, potato, etc.)
c. Milk - 4-5 gallons
d. Bread - free if you call San Luis Sour Dough, 783-8933 to order and pick up bread Friday (they are closed Sat.)
e. At least 3 servers are needed (school children sometimes like to do this for community service)
3. Deliver food 6 p.m. sharp Sunday evening to Maxine Lewis Homeless Shelter 750 Orcutt Rd., SLO (behind Chevron)
We also welcome cash donations so members can be reimbursed for milk if they hand in the bill to the Meeting.
